Astral & Root was born from a lifelong pull toward the earth — toward quiet mornings in the garden, moss beneath bare feet, and the kind of stillness found only beneath open sky and towering trees.

I create from a place of grounding. From soil-stained hands and a deep love for the rhythms of nature. Gardening has always been my refuge — a way to listen, to slow down, and to reconnect with something older and wiser than myself. Through Astral & Root, I seek to bring that same sense of calm indoors — the peace I find wandering forests, tending beds of herbs, and breathing in the untouched plains.

I am the daughter and granddaughter of creators — mythical lovers, storytellers, and quiet garden magicians — women who worked with their hands and trusted their intuition. Their legacy lives on in every blend I craft.

Nestled in Chilliwack, British Columbia, I’m surrounded by wild places still untouched — where fog rolls through fields and the forest feels alive with quiet magic. These landscapes shape my work, guiding each ritual bath soak, salve, and offering with intention and care.

My hope is simple: to share the same relaxation I find in nature through my products. To offer moments of stillness, connection, and reverence for the earth — and for the magic it holds — so others may find their own sense of grounding, wherever they are.
